Changed this from the original sketch in scraps. About 3/4 was erased but I am happy enough with this. It's just the line art so feel free to color it but I should finish this piece up eventually too.
This character is the the embodiment of rage from various spirits that died in the elements and during a terrible battle between clans. He comes to drive the people in the village to madness and even robs them of their memories.
The story will combine manily Japanese conceptions of what 'evil' may appear as and misfortune. But I will also incorporate English/American concepts to make this a 'Japanese Gothic Horror Story' illustration.
